In this fully automatic mode, EAGLi only treats what-questions. Please try the manual mode for defining you own query and targets.
EAGLi is based on redundancy Question Answering. The system tries to answer your question thanks to a 3-steps pipeline :
1 - Question categorization : finding the query and your expected type of answers 2 - Information retrieval : retrieving relevant citations in MEDLINE 3 - Answer extraction : extracting relevant answers in relevant abstracts
